Listen Here!

We’re happy to announce the arrival of the Emerge Dynamics podcast.  We’ll be telling the stories of owners and managers of private middle market companies across the planet.

We’ll be hearing firsthand about challenges and how they were turned into opportunities.

We’ll be taking a deep dive into the dynamics that drive some companies to emerge from their competitors and truly create value.

And we want to hear from you!  We’ve been inspired by the amazing stories we’ve heard from so many of the people we’ve worked with that we want to share your stories with others.

We’d love to feature your stories as we celebrate the contributions to society that middle market companies make every date.

And because we always start with the basics,  our first episodes do too.  We’ll jump into deeper more specialized topics afterward.  If you have something to say about anything below, we want to hear from you! Or do you have an idea for a episode? Let’s discuss that too!

Episode 1: Mission and Vision
Do you lead your company toward a vision? Are you on a mission?  Why do you do what you do? Do  you have a story about the successes or failures of implanting these in your company?  Did your mission develop organically or did you or your team plan and then release it?

Episode 2: Objectives and Strategies
How do you differentiate yourself from your competition?  Do you have examples of a realization that you need a unique selling proposition?    How do you train new team members about your strategy?  Can you share a time when you realize what your target market was?

Episode 3: Tactics and Actions
How do you differentiate a tactic from an action?  How do you differentiate a tactic from a strategy? How do you track the actions of your team?  How do you set goals?  How do you handle when goals aren’t met?

Episode 4: Leadership and Planning
What does your leadership team look like?  What have you found to be the most effective structure?

Episode 5: Metrics
What metrics do you track? How often do you track them?  How do you use them to change behavior for the better in your company?  Is there a time when your metrics became overkill?  Do you find that financial or operational metrics work best?
Other episodes will include cross border business, valuation, M&A, sales strategy, human resources, current events as they happen through a filter of middle market business and plenty more!

We hope you're as pumped as we are.
